Don't believe us ? Email a sample document to us (protected by a password) and a sentence or piece of data you'd like us to return to you. We'll treat the document as a normal piece of work and will email back to you the password as well as the test sentence / data as proof that we managed to get your work back.

We can also recover the macros from any Microsoft Office package. This service is available as an extra option to the standard password recovery option. This option would best be used when an ex-employee has protected the work they were doing for you or your company in Word, Excel or Access. At this present time, we are unable to access the macros from MS Access Add-ins (ie. MDA or MDE file extensions), but normal database files (.MDB) are possible - including the resetting/removal of security options within those files.
